ABOUT LITTLE BUG GREETINGS LLC
Our History
Thanks for stopping by! We are a family run Darien, CT-based business and have been a business since 2015. We make colorful greeting cards printed on a quality paper. Our cards are based on our own original watercolor paintings.
When Craig was looking for a creative outlet, Little Bug Greetings got its start! He stumbled onto something that's proven to be a whole lot of fun for the whole family.
Folks think our cards really stand out. Gives us a try!
OUR PROCESS
It starts with an idea!
Every card comes from some sort of family inspiration!
* Our signature daffodil was a variety picked out by Ethan and planted when he was a very little boy.
* Our Christmas sled is based on an ornament hung from the family tree for decades.
* Our classic birthday cake sits on a plate given to Craig's mother upon her engagement to Craig's father back in 1960.
The artwork behind each card may be a two-dimensional painting - like the Daffodil. It could also be more like the Sunflower card, which is comprised of a number of separately painted pieces assembled on a painted background. This approach can give our cards an interesting kind of 3D look. All are all done with watercolor paints!
Once a painting is finished, it gets photographed by a professional photographer in NYC. That image is then forwarded to a local CT-based printer to become a card.

MEET THE LITTLE BUG TEAM!
We are the Stansbury Family
Craig is the owner and senior artist at Little Bug Greetings. Relaxing in his garden one day, he decided to paint his hyacinths and the company took off from there! Craig works in the financial services industry by day. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School and a BS from Lehigh. He is also a CPA.
Ethan has been active in opening new accounts, helping out with display sourcing and other logistical roles, too. He is a recent graduate of Indiana University and now lives in Illinois.
Charlotte supports the web design and financial side of the business while also servicing current accounts. She recently graduated from the University of New Hampshire, and is hoping to start life in NYC soon.
Madeleine is the junior artist for the company. She is interested in getting more involved with pricing and negotiations. She is a University of Connecticut student and is a member of the Pi Eta Thi sorority there.

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return the cards in salable condition for a refund within 30-days.
